Working with clients in the management company, banking, financial and development sectors, we have developed particular niche services of taking on the management and advising upon “distressed” assets and projects, and taking on and turning around historically mis-managed projects and schemes. Taking the burden of management away from the client and delivering results in accordance with their requirements, from day to day management matters through to the provision of strategic reporting and advice, continually striving to maximise values and returns every step of the way.
